1) 시키는 일보다 최소 10% 이상은 더 해라.
2) 네가 모르는 것에 대해 사실처럼 말하지 마라.
3) 윗사람이든 아랫사람이든 예의를 갖춰라.
4) 트집 잡거나 불평하지 마라. 진지하게 건설적으로 비판하는 자세를 유지하라.
5) 결정을 두려워하지 마라.
6) 가능하다면 숫자로 표현하라.
7) 마음을 열어두되 끊임없이 의심하라.
